What Spana is

Spana is a media player for Windows. It plays streams from an IPTV service that you choose and add yourself. Spana does not include, sell, host or link to any channels, films, series or other content, and has no connection to any IPTV provider.

Use Spana legally

You are responsible for what you watch with Spana and for having the right to watch it. You may not use Spana to:

• watch or share content you do not have the right to access, such as pirated or unlicensed streams
• get around paywalls, geo-restrictions, copy protection or other technical limits set by rights holders
• break any law that applies to you, including copyright law
• attempt to harm, overload or reverse engineer Spana or the services it connects to

Spana does not support or encourage piracy. If you are unsure whether a service is legal, check before you use it.

Your licence

Spana is free. You may install and use it on your own computers for personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell it, rent it out or pass it off as your own.

Match data and other services

Scores, match images, club crests and channel logos come from public third-party sources, fetched for you through our API at spana.tv and shown for convenience. They may be late, incomplete or wrong, and the sources may stop working at any time. All names, crests and logos belong to their owners. Spana is not affiliated with or endorsed by any club, league or broadcaster. The match data API is for the Spana app: please do not use it from other applications.

No warranty

Spana is provided as it is, without any warranty. We do our best to make it work well, but we cannot promise that it is free of bugs or works with every provider and stream.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using Spana, from the content you choose to play, or from the services you connect it to.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using Spana after a change, the new terms apply.
